These terms cover your use of Seam, a service run by Megakad. By signing in you agree to them.
The service
Seam turns the career history you give it into tailored CVs and cover letters. It only uses what is in your history. You are responsible for checking every document before you send it to an employer.
Credits
- Your first CV is free. Each tailored CV or cover letter uses 1 credit.
- If a document fails to generate, the credit is returned.
- Credits don't expire and can't be exchanged for cash.
- You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 14 days of buying them, unless you have started using that pack.
Your content
You keep ownership of your CVs and history. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to create misleading CVs. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We provide Seam with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for hiring decisions or for losses we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
